"Style is not about perfection it’s about you feeling comfortable in your clothes and in your skin"

A tailor made programme could be one of

 the best investments you’ll make.

For me, style coaching isn’t really about fashion, it’s about how you feel.

It’s about finding your confidence again, feeling good in your own skin, and learning how to dress for the person you are now, not the one you used to be.

Life changes, our bodies change, our routines shift, and sometimes we just lose touch with what feels like ‘us.’ That’s where style coaching comes in.

My tailor-made programme helps you to reconnect with yourself. We look at your shape, your colours, and your personality and we pull it all together so getting dressed feels simple, natural, and joyful again.

When you wear clothes that truly feel right for you, everything changes. You stand differently, smile more, and that little spark of confidence starts to come back.

My sessions are relaxed, friendly, and real, no judgement, no pressure. Just support, guidance, and a few laughs along the way.

You’ll leave not only looking great, but feeling like yourself again and that’s what this is really all about.

My Story...

“Clothes used to confuse me — now they’re my superpower.”

As a child and teenager with learning difficulties, I always knew I was different, often following the crowd just to fit in and now in my late 50's I know what it feels like to lose confidence and feel invisible.

I found my confidence in creating outfits that feel like me.
Now I help other women to rediscover themselves through style, colour, and confidence.

Do you often dread opening your wardrobe?

Would you like to learn how to dress authentically to you ?

Do you want to get your confidence back?

Feel like you have too many clothes but have nothing to wear ?

Hi, I'm Liz

As a woman in my late 50s, I’ve been through some big transitions career changes, menopause, and now postmenopause. At times it’s left me feeling invisible, disconnected with myself, I’d put clothes on and think, “why does this not look good on me? What’s wrong with me?” Honestly, I had more than a few meltdowns in front of the mirror.

This knocked my confidence in ways I didn’t expect. I lost sight of myself, my direction, and even my joy. Getting dressed became frustrating and confusing.

But here’s the thing: I’ve always loved helping people. It’s the backbone of who I am. I’m happiest when I’m someone’s sounding board, style buddy, or that friend who gives you the boost you didn’t even know you needed.

I love being the one to come shopping with you, help you organise your wardrobe, motivate you, and give you confidence. My background in beauty, and wellness means I see style as part of the bigger holistic picture, it’s not just about clothes, it’s about how you feel in yourself.

I’ll be honest: I’m not perfect. I live with dyslexia, I get distracted, my brain can feel like chaos, and I don’t always find it easy to keep structure. But here’s the magic, those struggles make me more creative, more empathetic, and more real. They help me connect with people who feel the same. And when I’m helping others, all that chaos fades away and my power kicks in: making people feel good.
